Terms + Conditions

 The Illuminated Ink Digitals, Inc ONLY provides digital products, no physical items. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the following:

- Absolutely no third party sharing/purchasing. Our designs are not for resale, and must remain with the original purchaser. 

-No stealing, tracing, altering files, or claiming our artwork as your own.

-TIID is not responsible for lost files after 7 business days. Client is responsible for downloading once purchased. We will not honor requests for replacements. Please make sure you are saving your digital products appropriately. 

-There are absolutely no refunds. Refunds will only be given if you double purchase. We are human and make mistakes, you as the purchaser agree to check files before use/printing for errors. We do our absolute best to maintain the quality of all of our designs but cannot promise perfection. 

-Prices are always subject to change on any product. Depending on demand, intricacy of design, quantity offered, etc. 

TIID occasionally offers logos and exclusive seamless files. By purchasing you agree to the following:

-Turn around time varies with each individual purchase. This is based on complexity and reply time.  Generally TAT on exclusive seamless and logos is 15-25 business days. This does not include any calendar holiday or weekends. 

-Exclsuive files have a base price of $80. This will increase with complexity of design. Full price will be discussed before said design is started. 

-Logos have a base price of $100. 

- All design elements used in Exclusives and Logos are owned by The Illuminated Ink, Inc. We agree to not reuse any ‘main’ elements in any future designs we create. However, fillers and typography can and will be used. Fillers describe smaller elements within the design that are used to fill blank space.

-Seasonal Logo changes are $35. This is to include 2 design changes, and any color changes you want made. WE WILL NOT WORK ON A LOGO THAT HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED BY TIID. 
LICENSING 

‘Any shop purchasing files for the purpose of selling fabric, sub/transfers or DTF sheets MUST purchase the appropriate license in order to sell products with TIID files.

MANUFACTURING/POD

Overseas production as well as POD sites are allowed. As long as your source is reliable and you are certain your supplier will not redistribute the file for their own profit.
